Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts for both oral paper & poster
You are invited to submit informative abstracts of up to 450 words for oral paper and 350 words for poster which would not include the title of the abstract, author affiliations but will include the headings (like Objectives, Methodology, Results and Conclusions).
Abstracts that merely state the results that will be presented will be subject to rejection.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and acceptance is not guaranteed.
The committee will prioritize abstracts with strong, scientific findings for an oral paper. Hence, ensure the abstract demonstrates clear and meaningful results with well-supported conclusions that have clinical or research significance.
The scientific committee has the discretion to convert an oral paper abstract to a poster presentation based on its merit. The decision of scientific committee is final and binding.
Abstracts must be structured and submitted according to guidelines given below.
