Twenty-four (24) e-posters will be shortlisted for display at the conference venue.
Final prize-winning posters will be selected from among these 24 during the conference.

Slide Size: Landscape orientation – Height: 90 cm, Width: 140 cm
File Size: Must not exceed 20 MB
Number of Slides: 1 or 2 slides only

• Header of all slides must include :
Title of the presentation
KAPCON Registration Number
All the delegates are strictly instructed not to mention the name and the institutional affiliation of all the authors. Please ensure that strict blinding is followed through out the presentations.
• Font Requirements :
Minimum font size: 50 pt
Font style: Times New Roman or Arial
• Design Notes :
Use a plain background (no patterns or dark colours)
No animations or videos allowed
Images/figures should be in landscape orientation
Label all figures, tables, graphs clearly and in order, with a short description
